Potato flakes are used as a raw material in the production of chips and snacks, instant products, as an ingredient in the meat, bakery and confectionery industries, as a thickener in the production of sauces, etc. Finished products are exported to the Russian Federation, European countries, North America, Africa and Asia. Our customers are large food manufacturers and distributors. We have and maintain international certifications ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Kosher, Halal and FDA.
Main characteristics of our potato flakes:
• Mass fraction of moisture no more than 11%;
• Recovery time is no more than 3 minutes;
• Bulk density from 200 to 550 g/l;
• Hydration 1:5 - 1:6;
• No foreign smell;
• Without additives or with food additives;
• Does not contain GMOs.
Product packaging is currently carried out in two types of containers: three-layer paper bags with a laminated coating of 15-25 kg and soft big-bag containers of 500-1000 kg, which allows us to ensure that all consumer properties of the product remain unchanged throughout the entire shelf life.
